
No One Is Coming To Save You.
Sep 24, 2024When i first stepped into perimenopause i went through a whole sh*t storm of symptoms..
Mood swings, low energy, sleep issues, irritability, weight gain.. there were soooo many!
And even though I exercised, ate properly, and did my journaling/meditation daily, I still felt quite crappy,
The issue wasn't 'health' this time.
The issue was STRESS.... what I found out is that even though Estrogen and Progesterone are SUPPPPER important, they are not in control.
What affects those amazing feminine hormones?
That's right! Cortisol (Stress), Oxytocin (Happiness) and Insulin (Sugar and nutritients distributor)
If those are out of balance pretty much every other hormone will be going crazyyy.
Interesting right? Even though I was 'healthy' in my body I was going through my divorce = stress.
And Stress equals what? That's right! Hormones are going kuku.
That's why no one is coming to save you girl.
There's no pill that can solve your emotional, mental and physical stress. Unfortunately.
If every woman would incorporate stress releasing methods (And I am speaking from experience) they would eliminate 90% of their symptoms during perimenopause and menopause IMMIDIATELY!
